The rules of the platform.

1. Eligibility
You must be a resident of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over to register, buy tokens or enter any prize draw. We may ask you to verify your identity and age at any time and can suspend accounts that cannot be verified.
2. Tokens
Tokens are credits used to enter prize draws. One token equals £0.10 at top-up. Tokens have no cash value outside the platform, cannot be withdrawn or transferred between accounts, and are non-refundable once used to purchase a ticket. Optional marketing opt-in at sign-up grants a one-off +5 token bonus. Bonus tokens - top-up bundle bonuses, ticket-package cashback, affiliate-code bonuses, daily rewards, referral rewards and promo codes - are promotional credits on the same terms: they are not money, are never refundable in cash, and we may withdraw or vary any promotion for future purchases at any time. Specifically: ticket-package cashback returns a percentage of what a single purchase cost, credited the moment you buy - 5% on 25 or more tickets and 10% on 100 or more, rounded to the nearest whole token. The daily reward is one free token every 24 hours, available to accounts that have topped up at least once. Referrals reward both people with 5 tokens each towards your first five friends, and a referral is counted when the friend you referred makes their first top-up, not when they register. An affiliate code entered at top-up adds that code's bonus percentage to the tokens you buy: one code per top-up, codes cannot be combined, and we may deactivate a code at any time. None of these are ever required to enter a draw - the free postal entry route in section 3 is always available.
3. Entries & draws
Each prize draw has a fixed number of tickets. Some draws have a fixed draw date published from the start. Others run on a rolling schedule and do not have a date at first: once such a draw reaches 50% of its tickets sold, its draw date is automatically set to the Friday after the coming Friday, and until then the date is shown as "to be confirmed". Either way the draw is held at 19:00 UK, and each draw page shows its date (once set) and a live countdown. A draw may also close early if it sells out before its draw date. Draws are run live on our YouTube and Twitch channels using a verifiable random process. We will tell you by email and/or SMS when a draw you hold tickets in is going live, so you can watch. A free postal entry route with equal odds is always available to registered account holders: a free skinwaffle account is required, and you must include your skinwaffle username with your entry so we can allocate your ticket and deliver any win to your account. Because a genuinely free entry route with equal odds is available for every draw, our prize draws do not fall within the definition of a lottery under the Gambling Act 2005 and are run lawfully in Great Britain without a gambling licence. We may extend a draw's closing or draw date, and if a draw does not sell enough tickets we may cancel it and refund the tokens used to enter that draw back to your account.
4. Instant wins
Some ticket numbers carry an instant prize awarded the moment the ticket is purchased. Instant wins are in addition to, and do not affect, your entry in the main draw.
5. Prizes & cash alternative
Winners are notified by email and/or SMS and must claim within 30 days. Before we release any prize we may require proof that you are aged 18 or over and proof of your identity, and a prize may be withheld or forfeited where this cannot be verified. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim within 30 days, the prize may be forfeited and re-drawn to another eligible entry. Skin and gear prizes are delivered via your verified Steam trade link or to your registered UK address. Every prize also has a cash alternative - the fixed cash amount shown on that draw - and when you claim you may choose to take the cash alternative instead of the item if you would rather have the money. We may also pay the cash alternative where a prize is unavailable. Cash alternatives are paid to a UK bank account in the winner's name; you are responsible for keeping your delivery, Steam trade link and payment details accurate.
6. Notifications
When you register you agree to receive service notifications by email and/or SMS: purchase confirmations, a heads-up when a draw you hold tickets in is going live on stream, and an alert if you win a main prize or an instant win. These are part of running your account and entering draws, and cannot be turned off while your account is active. Optional marketing messages are separate, sent only if you opt in at sign-up, and can be stopped at any time by emailing contact@skinwaffle.gg.
7. Fair use & conduct
One account per person. Bots, multiple accounts, payment fraud and abuse of the free-entry route are prohibited and may result in voided entries and a permanent ban without refund. Abusing the referral, cashback, affiliate-code or daily rewards programs - including self-referral, refunded or reversed payments, and accounts created to farm rewards - can also result in token deductions, temporary or permanent bans, and legal action.
8. Responsible play
Our draws are prize draws with a free entry route, not gambling, but we still want you to play responsibly. Please play within your means. Never expect to win prizes, this is a place for having low-cost fun within a community of gamers and CS enjoyers. If that idea is lost on you - you can permanently self-exclude at any time from your profile. This forfeits your token balance, closes your account and blocks future sign-ups from your number. 9. Liability & changes
The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
