How we handle your data.

1. Who we are
skinwaffle.gg is operated by skinwaffle ltd ("we", "us"), Office 1913, 92 Castle Street, Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT1 1HE. We run a token-based prize draw platform for UK residents aged 18 and over and are the data controller for the personal information you provide to us.
2. What we collect
Account details (name, date of birth, email, phone, postcode and address), your Steam trade link, prize draw entries and ticket history, token balance and transactions, your contact and marketing preferences, and technical data such as device, browser and approximate location used to keep the platform secure.
3. How we use it
To run prize draws, allocate and verify tickets, deliver prizes, confirm you are an eligible UK adult, send you the service notifications described below, prevent fraud and self-excluded sign-ups, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We never sell your personal data. Draws are held live on YouTube and Twitch, where a winning username may be shown on stream; if you would rather not be identifiable, choose a username that does not reveal who you are - you can change it at any time on your profile.
4. Notifications & marketing
As part of the service we may contact you by email and/or SMS to confirm a purchase, tell you a draw you hold tickets in is going live on our stream, and let you know if you have won a main prize or an instant win - these are service messages you agree to when you register, and you cannot enter draws without them. Separately, if (and only if) you tick the optional marketing box at sign-up, we may also send you marketing offers, giveaways and news by email and/or SMS; you can withdraw that marketing consent at any time by emailing contact@skinwaffle.gg, and doing so does not stop the essential service notifications above.
5. Legal basis
We process your data to perform our contract with you (including the draw-going-live and win notifications you agree to at sign-up), to comply with legal duties (including age verification and responsible-gambling rules), on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a fair, secure platform, and - for optional marketing only - on the basis of your consent.
6. Sharing
We share data only with trusted providers who help us run the service - payment processors, identity and age-verification services, prize-fulfilment and Steam trade partners, email and SMS notification providers, and analytics and advertising measurement providers (Google Analytics and Meta, if you consent to them) - each bound to protect it. We may disclose data where required by law.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your age confirmation. Only if you choose "Accept all" do we also load Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, which set cookies that measure how our advertising performs and which pages you visit; nothing is loaded and no such cookie is set if you choose "Essential only". You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, and withdrawing it deletes the cookies those tools set.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can access, correct, delete or port your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent (including marketing consent). Self-exclusion is permanent and overrides deletion requests where we must retain records to honour it. E-mail us at contact@skinwaffle.gg to exercise any right.
9. Retention & contact
