PROVABLY FAIR
Nobody, us included, can predict or change the result.
Before a single ticket goes on sale we generate a secret server seed and publish its SHA-256 hash on the draw page. That hash locks in the result up front: the seed can't be worked out from it, and we can't swap it later without the published hash changing. We also fix a future drand round - a public randomness beacon that nobody controls - as the second ingredient. The winning ticket is derived from both, so the outcome is settled the moment sales open even though no one knows what it is yet.
01 · COMMIT
We publish the hash of the secret seed and the chosen drand round before sales open.
02 · DRAW
When the round lands, the drand beacon combines with the seed to pick the winner - live and out of our hands.
03 · VERIFY
We reveal the seed afterwards. Hash it yourself to confirm it matches, then recompute the exact winning ticket.
