Rare "dick" pattern skins in CS2: BOOM, the #190 family and friends
The community has spent over a decade cataloguing skins whose patterns resemble male anatomy, with the seriousness other people reserve for tax law. Two dynasties dominate: the AWP BOOM text patterns and the Case Hardened #190 family, where blue-and-gold blotches on the same seed form the same silhouette across several knives.

Honourable mention: certain autograph stickers - DickStacy (the Gold Katowice 2019 being the most sought) and, per the guide, shroud's signature which "vaguely forms the male genitalia" - let you achieve the same effect on any skin you own.
